The Waldhotel is situated in the hamlet of Unspunnen on the quicker way Interlaken to Wilderswil. Distance to Interlaken-West railway station 1,5 km, starting place for a trip to the flatlands or a cruise on lake Thun and railway station Wilderswil in a distance of 1,5 km starting place for the whole Jungfrau-region the famous Schilthorn and the Schynige-Platte mountain.Draught beer from the local brewery "Rugenbräu AG Interlaken" one of our neighbours. The hotel is situated next to the famous "Unspunnen meadow" known for the regular taking part of the "Alpin Unspunnen-Festival" (Swiss mountain wrestlers, folk-dancers, yodlers and stone throwers)
